MochiKit hosting is protected by a 100% satisfaction guarantee during the first 30 days after sign-up, on all Shared, Reseller and VPS plans. If there is some sort of issue, we would like to know it is – because we want everyone to be satisfied – so please give us a chance to address it!
Simply open a support ticket and let us know that you want to switch your MochiKit plan, and which reseller plan you prefer. We’ll handle migrated things across for you – it’s no problem. There’s also no downtime involved in our cloud migrations – you’ll keep the same IP and files will stay intact.
We do not allow spamming, hacking, warez or other offensive (and illegal) activities on KnownHost servers. You’ll want to check out our ToS and AUP which spell out exactly what’s not allowed, but in general – if you respect the rights of others, and the law, we’ll get along fine. If you’re trying to do something you know is blatantly wrong, harmful, infringing or illegal – stop what you’re doing, think about it a few more times and don’t be surprised when your hosting account is terminated (by any reputable company).
